how to enjoy
You may use natural sesame for sprinkling on salads or pastries, but especially for baking or cooking. A tahin made of natural sesame seeds taste much more intense and with a deep nutty sesame taste. Natural sesame is also great in yoghurt, cereal, curd, smoothies and especially in homemade bread, pastry or cake, or to cooked, stewed or baked dishes. Of course, it can also be eaten raw out of hand.

Sesame seed, or simply sesame, is the seed of an ancient cultivated oil plant, the Sesame plant. The plant looks similar to the thimble. About three months after the sowat, the seeds, which sits in elongated capsules, are ripe. Natural unhulled sesame has a more darkish yellow colour. It tastes nutty and very intense taste. You may use natural sesame for sprinkling on salads or pastries, but especially for baking or cooking.
