Use guar flour E 412 as a natural thickener agent for hot and cold sauces, dips, soups and desserts. Small amounts of guar flour E412 are sufficient to make highly viscous liquid food, such as soups, creams.
Vigorous stirring or shaking reduces the viscosity of the dishes only temporarily.
important notes
People who suffer from soy allergies should avoid large amounts of guar flour E 412. Consuming large quantities can cause abdominal cramps and bloating.

Guar gum is extracted from the powdered seeds of the guar bean, a natural thickening agent which is used for the production of many foods. Guar gum also binds, without supplying heat, a variety of cold and warm dishes, such as soups, desserts, dips and creams.
