usage tips
Whisk good olive oil (e.g., Cretan olive oil) with garlic, oregano, sea salt, black pepper and freshly squeezed lemon juice, and sprinkle right at the table over oven-cooked fish. The fish does not have to be seasoned in advance. Just bake the fish in the oven wrapped in baking paper for approx. 25 minutes depending on the size. Serve with rice or fresh white bread and enjoy a good glass of white wine.

Whether hot or cold, cooked, baked or marinated the aroma of garlic is unbeatable and develops its flavor very quickly. So if you want it a bit softer and less spicy use garlic in small amounts and cook it for less time. Garlic really spices up everything and is thus a true multitalent, which should not be missing in any kitchen. Just note: Garlic can be burnt quickly and tasted bitter when it is roasted much too hot. So, keep it away from high temperatures.
