how to enjoy
Cardamom tastes extraordinary in curries, rice or meat dishes. You my also use cardamm seeds in breads or different sweet recipes. You can use the whole cardamom. Just press or rub the whole seed and add it immediately to your dishes to fully save and enjoy the fine aroma.
tea preperation
Pour one cup of boiling water over 1 tsp freshly grinded cardamom seeds, cover, and steep for 10 minutes - then sieve.

Avoid the consumption of cardamom during pregnancy. Ask your doctor beforehand. Cardamom may cause allergic reactions. People with gallstones should not consume cardamom. Consult your doctor before the use of cardamom, if you have to take medication.
