about organic
Black sesame - the black seeds of one of the oldest cultivated oil plants - the sesame plant. Wonderfully aromatic, of course unhulled, natural and unprocessed with a slightly sweet, nutty note. The sesame plant was originally native to India. It grows best in sunny locations and is cultivated nowadays in tropical and subtropical areas worldwide. Deeply aromatic black sesame seeds are incredibly tasty on sushi, mediterranean and oriental dishes. An intense taste that is delicious on salads or pastries and is therefore suitable for baking or cooking various dishes.
