You can use nettle leaves as a cooking ingredient for tarts, in semolina dumplings, in risotto, noodles or simply as steamed vegetables, like spinach.
tea recipe
Pour 150ml of boiling water with 1-2 teaspoon of finely chopped Nettle Leaves and brew it ten minutes.

Whoever touches, feels her burning fetters - but the nettle has other features. The leaves (folium urticae) and roots (radix urticae) of nettle find many uses, such as in the preparation as a tea, fodder plants or in agriculture. Fibers of the plant stems are used as a cotton replacement.
